Welcome TO THE

It’s so important to take the time to photograph our kids. A cold, snowy day like today is the perfect time to take some photos. Think about what your child loves at this moment and set aside a half an hour to capture them with what they love. This is my little guy with one […]

Isn’t this one of the sweetest little girls you’ve ever seen? At almost 5 months old she was so fun to photograph with all her smiles and giggles. I love how a baby this age can look at their toes for half and hour and not get bored! ha ha We snuck in a few […]

This session was at the Calgary Corn Maze back in October…(ahem, still catching up on blog posts. Can I milk the pregnancy excuse?? Yes, I think I’ll do that). Mom wanted photos with a whole wack of pumpkins in the background. Well wouldn’t you know there were only FIVE pumpkins left! Yes, five. So the […]

Happy New Year everyone! I know I’ve been a bit MIA from my blog. I decided to fully enjoy my holidays at the expense of posting. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it! I am really excited to share this session with you though. This family is very important to my family for a […]

So many children have their little security blanket. For me as a child apparently it was dish towels. Not one particular dish towel, just dish towels in general. This little guy loves his puppy. As you can see he was so shy with me at first, hiding between Mom & Dad’s legs, clutching his puppy […]

A late sneak peek but here it is from a session on Thanksgiving weekend – gorgeous little boy at the Calgary Corn Maze. Mom wanted some photos in the pumpkin patch, would you believe there were only FIVE pumpkins there that day?! Five lonely little pumpkins at a pumpkin patch…

I met sweet little Victoria this morning. She is almost 5 months old. I haven’t photographed a baby this age in awhile and I forgot how fun they are in this stage. So much expression, starting to look more like little people. Getting some hair – and in Victoria’s case, LOTS of hair!

I had such a blast photographing this family. They were so fun and giggly. The kids were sweet as can be, not shy at all and the best of friends. I love seeing siblings that get along so well, makes me hopeful for my little boys (oh yeah, I’m having a boy!).

So instead of showing you a sneak peek of the family I took photos of today I decided to show you a sneak peek of the remnants of our session!

A sneak peek of the session I did with my inlaws in Bowness. This is my beautiful little niece!
