Welcome TO THE

It’s always a pleasure photographing this family who I’ve photographed since I first started my business 7 years ago. They live abroad now but when they come home for a visit I get to see and photograph them. A sneak peek from their session!

So what is everyone up to for the May Long weekend? We often go to Fernie on long weekends but my oldest has a birthday party Friday night and piano lessons Monday night so it doesn’t make sense to go away. Plus, isn’t going away with three kids actually WAY more work than staying home? […]

These are my adorable neighbours. I talked before about having a lane party last year with my neighbours and how fun it was. This year I want to amp it up a bit. Any good street party ideas? So far all I’ve come up with is a little bike parade for the kids. We’ll set […]

My family and I recently stayed at the Delta Kananaskis Lodge just before Easter. What a fabulous place for families! It was our first time on vacation being a family of five and I’m so glad we chose there. They completely cater to families, my boys loved it. We brought their bikes so they were […]

I love my neighbours. We have the best little lane neighbours around my house. Lots of kids and good people. Last year I organized our first ‘Lane Party’ – it was a big success. Let’s just say some of the Dad’s may or may not have missed work the next day…Recently Lynsey and her family […]

This is one of those times when I wish I had this photo of my own kids. I’ll share more of this session next week 🙂

I absolutely loved seeing this family again. I last photographed them when Mom was pregnant with their littlest guy. I hope their fun spirit shows in their photos, here are a few of my favourites. *I am booking into the Fall now. I am taking limited sessions in October because we are moving so if […]

Fun. That’s how I would describe this session. This family was so fun to be around, their smiles and laughter were contagious. I love brothers and these brothers reminded me of my own boys, the little one beating up the older one, ha ha. And the last photos…can you tell how much he adores her?

The mess was worth it! I found out last week that my image of my two boys won 2nd place in the National Association of Professional Child Photographers International Image Competition! Click here to view all of the award winning images.

I loved spending the afternoon with this family. Simple moments captured. I have recently donated a large package to Alberta Theatre Projects for their annual Lawson Lundell Celebrity Hors D’Oeuvres Gala. The package includes a 1-2 hour on location photography session in Calgary with up to six people and 35-40 fully edited images. It also […]
