Despite the very chilly weather, this Mom and I went out this evening to take her maternity photos. She has a husband and a little guy at home but wanted her maternity photos to be all by herself. Love that. Of course the Mommy guilt was mentioned ‘Should I have had my family come?’ but I love doing maternity with just Mom. There is NOTHING wrong at all with that! If that’s what you want, take the time by yourself to get beautiful portraits of you during this very special time. Don’t feel like you need to have everyone in them, during your newborn session we’ll get lots with the whole family. I just love what we were able to capture tonight with the evening sun, I think Mom looks stunning!
