Summer’s almost here! I don’t know about you but I am so excited for the end of school. If you have school aged kids you’ll know what I’m talking about. As our activities wind down and school ends this week it’ll be such a nice reprieve to have no schedules, no where we need to be. In the past I’ve signed the kids up for several camps in the summer but this year I decided to do only one camp each. I’ve always been too late to sign up for the University of Calgary camps but this year I was on the ball! I have Oliver in THIS one – his Grade 1 class this year did a lot of work about community, urban living, urban planning so I thought this would be a great add-on to that and he really wants to use a 3D printer. Hugh will do a camp at his preschool and other than that we will be free to do whatever we want. I bought a bristol board and some markers yesterday for us to come up with a Summer Time Fun list – I’ll post it to my Instagram when it’s complete.
