This is the first session I had after my son was born and I was so lucky to have it with this family. Mom and I hit it off from the start, nothing like bonding over pregnancy symtoms! ha ha. It really was different photographing this family though. I felt since I had JUST gone through all of this my approach had changed a bit. I don’t know that you can see this reflected in my images but I was remembering how fleeting these moments are and trying to capture them best for this family. They have since welcomed their little girl but you’ll have to wait to see all those photos! Oh and check out their daughter’s eyes, the most beautifully coloured eyes I have EVER seen.
