Red Leaf Studios, an amazingly talented husband and wife team from Regina whose work inspires me beyond words held a Light & Perspective contest recently. The rules were:
– You have to use an object in you image. {pear, shopping cart, rock, etc.} No animals or people.
– Your image must have interesting available (natural) light, used in a creative way.
– Change your perspective, shoot from interesting angles. Try shooting with negative space, think outside the “box”.
So I entered two of my photos and they chose one of them for the Top 10! I’m just giddy that they looked at something of mine and liked it. It’s like your older brother inviting you to hang out with him and his friends, am I cool now?? ha ha
