Here are some more photos of Hugh! I thought I’d better finish editing them before my husband went back to work. It’s been so nice having him home to help out I’m a little aprehensive about having the two boys to myself all day. Any tips from Mom’s of two are more than welcome!

Oh.my…he is so flippin cute! I love the second image. As a mom of 2 girls, 2 years apart, it’s tough the first few months…having a schedule really worked for us and getting out of the house to a mom’s group to let my older one play and burn off some energy…definite must. You have 2 beautiful boys!! 🙂

I remember being nervous the first couple of days but you’ll do fine! They sleep so much in the beginning it gives you time to get into a groove. Congrats again!
CONGRATS, Virginia! He is SO gorgeous. How quickly we forget what they are like when they are small. I love the smile on the third from the bottom!! Too cute.
Have a stash of books/colouring/other activites or short shows at the ready for your older one when you feed Hugh.
Another thing that worked for me once new baby started sleeping at a regular (predictable) time in the afternoon was to have a “treat” (for us it was ONE Oreo cookie) and show time–she sat in the crook of my leg or leaned against me watching the show and eating her cookie and I got the 20 minutes to close my eyes. Even if I didn’t sleep, it was restful to carry on with the rest of the day.

These are so beautiful!!! Congratulations, he is perfect! I don’t have much advice for you with two that age. I don’t know how I survived it that first year. We opted for daycare for my oldest 1 to 2 days a week which really helped, but didn’t start that until month 3. A schedule was very important too and the baby eventually caught on. I did have to let baby number 2 cry it out more then I would have liked while dealing with my then 2 year old and spend a lot of one on one time with her when I could to ensure she felt special still since she got a bit jealous.
